Summary

Sitting last year on the couch and wondering what next year could bring, it never occured to me that we can be in the situation that we are now. Of course I was aware, that the birth of a child will change much, but not that much…

Many things have changed in our lives… An old saying also came true, that “a friend in need is a friend indeed”. On the one hand, we are sorry that someone does not accept “us”, and on the other, at least we know on who we can count on in crisis. Thanks to everyone that throw their weight behind us, bravely endure tougher days, are our comforters and de-stressers.

Going back to last year’s thoughts. Counting Antosia’s kicks, I tried to imagine life of the three of us. Everyone told us that living with a little human being and taking responsibility of bringing it up and caring about it’s health is a huge challenge. We didn’t know it’s that HUGE. On the other hand… Beautiful Christmas have just passed. First one with all three of us. It was wonderful and magical time, and most of all, appreciated and not wasted. We learn to cherish every moment Together and we feel fine. Antosia, luckily, has “only” orthopedic defects. We hope, that they won’t prevent her from being happy and enjoing life. As long as we have strength and possibilities, we will try to show Antosia that if one wants something very much and if you have some “good souls” with you, you can achieve very much.
