Antosia earns her first chess category

Some dreams don’t come overnight… ✨
For Antosia, it took almost two years.
From a ‘second category plus’ to yesterday. Dozens of tournament days. Hundreds of games. And so many times, she was just half a point short…
So many times so close. After every such game, she would come back.
Sometimes in silence. Sometimes with tears.
But always with the same decision: one more time. One more game. One more tournament. And this weekend… it all came together. 🏆✨First chess category. ✨🏆👏🔥 It didn’t come easily.
It didn’t come quickly.
But it’s finally here! And today, she also won the trophy for the best female player in grades 7–8 in the event accompanying the European Individual Championship. ✨ If you’ve been here with us for years, if you’re rooting for her,
then you know very well how much history is behind this. How long the road has been, how many turns and obstacles. Now, a moment to breathe.
And starting Sunday, the next challenge – 7 days of competing in the Polish Championship Finals,
the National Youth Olympics. Antosia! You might not be the favorite.
But to us, you are a champion. Because being a champion starts long before standing on the podium.
